R80.00 per child for a minimum of 12 children, thereafter R60.00 per child.

The above price includes the following:

• An exclusive 2 hour time slot (10H00 to 12H00 or 14H00 to 16H00).
• The party is set up inside the party room, with kiddies tables & chairs and a colour choice of tablecloths (Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink, Lavender and Green) & chair covers (Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink and Lavender). 
• We will set the kiddies tables with white plates, white plastic cups, a bowl of Simba Chips, 2 small bowls of Jelly Tots (contents could vary), Hotdogs and 2lt Jug of Juice.
• We also set up a table for the birthday cake and the gifts.
• Party Packs are packed in plastic buckets.
  The party packs consist of Niknaks, Fizzers, Fizz Pop, Chomp, Smarties, Sherbet, Crackles, Chocolate Éclairs and Mini Fast Food Sweet. The contents could vary.
• Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk is provided for the adults, at our self service café bar.

Please be advised that in order to secure your booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of us receiving the booking form.

Refreshments, beers and ciders must be purchased at Camelot. You are not permitted to bring your own refreshments (Alcohol and/or Cold drinks). 

Should you require our invitation to go with our castle theme we would gladly e-mail it to you.

Should there be any additional requirements, such as helium balloons, birthday child’s name in polystyrene letters, birthday cakes, piñata’s etc, we would be able to source at an additional cost, however you are more than welcome to bring any of the above.

We do not cater food platters for the adults, however you are more than welcome to bring your own.  A microwave is available should you need to heat the food.
